Cancellation Policy

Client Refund policy for single sessions 1. Cancellation of classes 24 hours prior to the start date: 0% penalty charges 2. Cancellation of services on the day of the session : 10% penalty charges Client Refund policy for multi week courses 1. Cancellation of enrollment 1+ weeks prior to the start date: 0% penalty charges 2. Cancellation after 24 hr before session: 5 % penalty charges 3. Cancellation after start date: 10% penalty 4. Cancellation after 50% of the classes: 25% penalty If the cancellation is due to some issues with us, the first attempt would be to re-schedule the classes, if not possible, 100% refund will be issued. In case of change of mind after autorenewal, full refund is available till 1 week. After 2 weeks we can't issue full refund.
