Service Description
A compact, yet comprehensive course, covering a broad range of topics like caring for children of various ages, basic safety and first aid, when to call 911 and many other important information. This course contains quizzes to ensure understanding and students who pass above a certain cut off will get a certificate from Little Hearts Academy USA and Counsel Academy.
Cancellation Policy
Client Refund policy for multiple sessions (courses) 1. Cancellation of enrollment 3+ weeks prior to the start date: 0% penalty charges 2. Cancellation 2-3 weeks prior to the start date: 20% penalty charges 3. Cancellation on the week of the start date: 40% penalty charges 4. Cancellation after start date/1 session: 75% penalty charges If the cancellation is due to some issues with us, the first attempt would be to re-schedule the classes, if not possible, 100% refund will be issued.
